Our Five Commitments

What "validated quality" means in practice

High Sensitivity & Accuracy

Antibody pairs and standards are selected and titrated to resolve low-abundance analytes from background.

Validated Quality

Each production lot is checked against defined consistency criteria before it is released for sale.

User-Friendly Protocol

Protocols are written to be followed exactly as printed — no undocumented steps, no guesswork.

Expert Technical Support

Assay scientists are reachable for setup questions, troubleshooting and results interpretation.

Fast Turnaround Support

From enquiry to dispatch, our team works to keep lead times short — especially for time-sensitive studies and Fast-format kits.

Batch-to-Batch Consistency

Manufactured under stringent process controls so results from lot to lot stay comparable across a study.

Production Workflow

How a kit earns its release

Antibody & reagent qualification

Capture and detection antibody pairs are qualified for specificity and minimal cross-reactivity to the target analyte.

Plate coating & protocol optimization

Coating concentration, blocking and incubation steps are tuned for signal-to-background across the assay's working range.

Batch validation

Each lot is tested against standard curves and consistency criteria before it is approved for dispatch.

Documentation

A lot-specific datasheet, standard curve reference and protocol sheet accompany every kit shipped.

Cold-chain packaging & dispatch

Kits are packed to maintain reagent integrity in transit, with storage instructions clearly labeled.

FAQ

Common questions

Most kits are validated for serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. Specific sample-type compatibility is listed on each kit's datasheet — tell us your sample type when requesting a quote and we'll confirm suitability.

Kits are packed with cold-chain materials appropriate to the reagents inside and should be stored on arrival per the datasheet — typically 2-8°C for ready-to-use components, with some elements requiring -20°C. Full instructions ship with every kit.

Shelf life varies by analyte and is stated on the kit label and datasheet at the time of dispatch. We manufacture and ship against confirmed orders to maximize remaining shelf life on arrival.

Yes. If you need a biomarker outside the current catalog, a custom panel, or bulk quantities for a large study, share the details on the Request a Quote page and our technical team will follow up.
